SHIPPING POLICY
All effort is made by Wonderlube to ensure that your bottle of cycle lube arrives with you undamaged. If you receive a product that is damaged or has leaked in transit, please contact us with photo proof and some details of the issue complete with your receipt/order confirmation for us to resolve for you ASAP. Wonderlube does reserve the right to refuse replacement if it is unclear how and when the damage happened.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment as detailed above, please follow the instructions above so we can get it resolved for you ASAP.
Outside of damage in transit or a clear and evident product issue we cannot accept returns or exchange. Cycle lube by its very nature is not able to be returned once used. This sounds obvious but we do have to include this to make our position on product returns clear.
